Renovated house with terrace

The house is located in the typical historic center of Vessalico, a municipality in the Ligurian hinterland less than half an hour from the beaches. The bus stop is about ten meters from the house, while the public car park can be reached by walking about 150 metres.
The house is independent from the foundation to the roof and the entrance is independent.
The internal access staircase covered in stone divides the basement from the living area located on the first and second floors.
The cellar is divided into two rooms characterized by large vaults and stone walls and is paved with large floating tiles. This environment can be ideal for creating a rumpus room.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom finished with exposed stone walls and a white wooden beamed ceiling. The room takes in light through the window overlooking the street in front and two windows opening onto the entrance staircase. On the first floor there is also the bathroom which is blind with forced extraction and has a shower tray that occupies its entire width.
A staircase with an iron structure and glass treads leads to the second and last floor where the living area is located.
The kitchen forms a single room with the living room and is finished with wooden floors, a roof with exposed white beams and stuccoed stone walls. A large window makes the room bright and overlooks the terrace which measures approximately 12 square meters and which can be used for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.
The house was renovated almost completely from the foundations to the roof in 2020, with only a few small unfinished details missing to leave the choice to the new owner. Sold partially furnished with new and never used furniture.
