The house is located in the historic center of Rezzo, a typical Ligurian village with stone houses and paved alleys, located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps and at the same time about half an hour's drive from the beaches.
The house is located in the upper part of the town, it can only be reached on foot, by bicycle or motorbike, but the public car park is about 300 meters away.
The house is independent from the foundations to the roof, has two free sides on the front and back and is arranged on three floors.
The independent entrance, thanks to the internal stairwell, divides the two living floors.
On the mezzanine floor there are two spacious bedrooms which have ceilings covered in wooden beads and which are equipped with built-in wardrobes. Next to the stairwell there is also a blind bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a corner designed to accommodate a washing machine.
In the middle of the stairwell between the mezzanine and first floor there is also a windowed cellar with stone walls.
The stairs lead directly into the kitchen on the first and last floor of the house.
The living room has a balcony from which the view extends from the surrounding mountains, to the valley, up to the roofs of the village. A door at the back of the room allows you to exit into the grassy courtyard at the back of the house, which is shared with the neighboring house but can be used.
On the floor there is also a bedroom adjacent to the living room and a storage room located at the back of the kitchen which still retains an ancient fireplace and which also has an outlet in the courtyard.
In the basement and with access from outside the house there are four cellars with stone walls and wooden ceilings.
The building is structurally solid and the roof was redone at the beginning of the 2000s, but the house needs renovation.
