The houses are located in Ormea, immediately above Piazza della Libertà and you can park in front of the front door. The town center and all the related services and shops can be reached in five minutes on foot.
The property consists of two independent houses with large surrounding land.
A house has four sides and is arranged on four levels.
On the mezzanine floor there is the entrance to the internal stairwell which divides the various rooms of the house, as well as a service bathroom with toilet and sink and the living area. The second house forming part of the property and being sold is located next to the one described above. The building is independent on three sides and has two separate entrances, the main one from the courtyard in front of the house and the second from the relevant terrace which communicates with the garden of the previously illustrated house.
The entrance hall which, thanks to the internal stairs, divides and gives access to the various rooms, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the same floor there is also a kitchenette with a window and a room furnished with a wood-burning stove that heats the radiators.
The internal stairs lead to the first floor where there is the sleeping area, consisting of two rooms furnished with a double bedroom, as well as a room that can be used as a storage room or walk-in closet and the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and connection and drain for the washing machine.
