The rustic house is located in the characteristic trevi of the historic center of Ormea.
In front of the building there is a common courtyard, accessible by car, where it is possible to load and unload.
The property is spread over three levels, from the ground floor to the second floor and is entirely built in stone.
The ground floor consists of a warehouse divided into two rooms, with an independent entrance directly from the courtyard.
From the warehouse there is internal access to the covered common stairwell which leads to the upper floor.
From the common landing you access the property on the first floor of the building, which consists of a room with a vaulted ceiling with a window and an old stone fireplace.
The private internal staircase leads to the second floor where there is a second room with window, equipped with a mezzanine with windows accessible via a stone staircase already present inside the room.
The roof was redone in the early 2000s and is in excellent condition, while the walls and vaults are solid. The house, however, requires the construction of a kitchen, bathroom, finishes and systems.
