Period house with terrace in Borgo Ponte

The house is located in the heart of Borgo Ponte di Garessio. All shops, services and public parking can be reached within a few steps.
The house has two free areas, is independent from ground to sky and is arranged on three floors.

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, two large warehouses and the cellar.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floors.
The first floor is divided into three large rooms.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, an old kitchen and a service bathroom.
The third and last floor consists of an attic which leads to the terrace measuring 16 m2. From the latter the view extends from the tile-covered roofs of the town to the peaks of the surrounding mountains.

The house has solid walls and slabs and the roof has recently been redone, while the interiors are in their raw state and need to be restored.
