We offer a mobile home located within the "La Fattoria" Campsite in Nava, a holiday park surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking a place to spend quality time in the shade and in close contact with nature.
Nava, located at 934 meters above sea level, is known for its strategic position between the Arroscia and Tanaro Valleys, but above all for its Alpine atmosphere just a few kilometers from the sea at Imperia. This small town is famous for its lavender cultivation and is guarded by a picturesque system of 19th-century fortifications.
The fenced-in, gravel-paved outdoor area is ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners; the property is equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella.
From the outside, there is direct access to the main room, which measures over 15 square meters. The space is entirely paneled in wood and features a practical, fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a quaint corner bench with a table. The pellet stove ensures an ideal climate even during spring and autumn, making the bungalow usable throughout the year.
The sleeping area consists of two separate bedrooms:
* A double bedroom with a wardrobe.
* A small bedroom, perfect for children or guests.
The private bathroom is functional, with a shower and a small window.
The structure was built around 2010 in full compliance with all campsite regulations. The windows and doors are of excellent quality: double-glazed windows in all rooms and new wooden blinds.
The bungalow is sold partially furnished (the furnishings in the small bedroom: bunk bed, wardrobe, and desk will be removed).
The operating costs are approximately €900 per year, which include water consumption (not available during the winter months) and maintenance of the common areas.
There are no notary fees for purchasing this bungalow.
