Wooded land in the Barchi hamlet.

The land is located at approximately 700 meters above sea level, more precisely between the hamlets of Barchi Breo and Barchi Chiesa.
The exposure is good, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and the Saracen Tower of Garessio.

It comprises 4,200 meters of steep woodland near the municipal road. It is suitable for logging, as it contains various tree species.

An additional 180 meters of land, located at the front, are flat. These are used for parking or timber storage.

An additional plot of land measuring 310 meters has always been used as a vegetable garden and is located near the Tanaro River. It is currently unused but can be reached from the municipal road via a small path of approximately 50 meters.
