The property is located in the town of Onzo, a typical village located in a sunny and panoramic position at 400 meters above sea level on the hills of the Ligurian hinterland, but at the same time about 20 minutes' drive from the sea of Albenga.
The house is independent from ground to sky, has three open sides and is arranged on three floors.
There are two entrances, one in the garden and the main one in the internal stairwell.

The kitchen is habitable and is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, the living room and bedroom are communicating and both are made bright by the south-facing windows. The rooms all have period terrazzo floors and, apart from the bathroom and the electrical system with external ducts redone in the 1980s, they have finishes dating back to the 1960s.
The main apartment is located on the first floor and is always accessible from the internal stairwell. The entrance corridor divides the various rooms.
Kitchen and living room are directly connected forming a single environment. The living room is embellished with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and has a French window that allows access to the terrace. The latter is sheltered by a roof and enjoys a panoramic view that ranges from the snow-capped peaks of the Ligurian Alps, to the hills cultivated with olive groves, up to a glimpse of the sea visible when the sky is clear.
There are two bedrooms, both are furnished with a double bed and are characterized by period terrazzo floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The larger of the two rooms houses a lounge area with sofa.
The bathroom has a window and a bathtub, the sink cabinet is in masonry and the room's covering is
of tiles designed by Valentino.
The house is connected to the town's gas and the air radiators heat the entire accommodation on the first floor, where there are also two wood stoves, one in the living room and one in a bedroom.
The basement of the building, which has external access from the garden, consists of a cellar divided into two rooms and a 30 square meter room, equipped with water and an electrical system and convertible into a rumpus room.
The house has an adjacent and externally accessible private garden, which measures approximately 200 square meters.
The roof was completely redone in 2008 and the first floor apartment is partially furnished and immediately habitable.
