The property is located in the historic center of Cosio d'Arroscia, a typical late medieval village in the Ligurian hinterland with stone houses, situated at about 720 meters above sea level, surrounded by woods and vineyards.
The beaches of Imperia and Albenga are approximately 35 km away.
The apartment is on two levels, occupying the ground and first floors of a two-family house.
A small shared courtyard, available for use, is located in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is separate from the other houses.
