The closed stairwell owned has access from the ground floor and makes the two apartments independent among themselves.
The ground floor accommodation has an entrance directly into the living area which consists of a room with an open kitchen, which extends across the entire long wall of the room.
A small corridor divides the living area from the sleeping area and gives access to the bathroom. The latter is equipped with a shower and connection for the washing machine and also has a small ceiling window.
The bedroom can be furnished with a double bed and a four-season wardrobe and is characterized by the ceiling in original wooden beams and planks and by the walls with parts left with exposed stone.
On the first and last floor there is the other two-room apartment which is accessible from the stairwell of the property.
The living area, which also serves as an entrance, consists of a living room with the corner equipped wall of the kitchen open onto it. The room is made very bright due to a window that extends along the entire south-facing wall of the room.
The living room communicates directly with the terrace of the property, which measures approximately 12 square meters and has a panoramic view of the mountains.
The bathroom, which is located between the living area and the sleeping area, has a window and is equipped with a shower and connection for the washing machine.
The bedroom is a double bed and has two windows that look towards the mountains.
Both apartments are equipped with an independent heating system with radiators powered by a boiler connected to the LPG system of the village and there is also a chimney thanks to which it is possible to install a stove.
The property is completed by a room used as a storage room/cellar, which measures over 30 square meters and is located in the basement, with access from outside the house. The place has been plastered and is equipped with electricity, water and a chimney, so it can also be used as a tavern.
The house was renovated in 2009, making roof renovation and insulation, new plumbing and electrical systems, new heating system, bathroom and kitchen renovations and new PVC windows with double glazing.
