The property is located in the historic center of the Ottano di Pornassio hamlet, a typical village nestled among the vineyards and hills of the Ligurian hinterland. The mountains are just a few minutes away and the beaches of Imperia are about 30 kilometers away.
This is an apartment that occupies the entire ground floor of a small two-family house built in stone in the nineteenth century. There are no condominium fees.

The kitchen is habitable and inside there are still the old kitchen and the brick oven that date back to the time of construction of the house.
