The property is located in Calderara, a small hamlet of the municipality of Pieve di Teco, situated approximately 15 minutes by car from Imperia.
The house is a terraced house with an independent entrance, accessed directly from a small communal street in the village. Public parking is about 150 meters from the house.
Upon entering the house, you step into a hallway that serves as a corridor leading to the spacious kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom with a window and bathtub.
The living room is very spacious and bright thanks to two windows with excellent exposure, one of which provides access to the livable terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
There are currently two bedrooms, both doubles with wardrobes. There is the possibility of creating a third bedroom with a loft in the only room that has yet to be finished; the loft has already been created, and the room just needs to be completed.
Above the living room, a loft has been created to further increase the usable floor area of the house. The loft is large enough to create a relaxation room with a sofa bed, and a French door provides access to a second terrace, which is served by a small attic room currently used as storage.
Completing the property are two cellars with separate and independent access. One of the cellars houses a hydro-pellet stove and an electric boiler used to heat the house and water.
In the cellar adjacent to the house, it is possible to create a tavern due to its ample size.
