The house is located in Pieve di Teco in the small cluster of houses called Villaggio del Sole in the Ligassorio area. The position is hilly and the exposure is south and this allows the place to always be sunny and dry, as well as there being an open panoramic view that goes from the Alps in the distance, to the surrounding hills to the valley below. At the same time, the center of the village with all the services can be reached in five minutes by car.
The peculiarity of this house is that of being distant from the other houses in the village, which can barely be seen.
The house is independent on four sides and is arranged on two floors.
The living part of the house, accessible through a balcony that surrounds it on two sides, is all on a single level, is located on the ground floor of the building and is free of architectural barriers.
The entrance corridor of the house divides the rooms.
The eat-in kitchen and the living room are located in the valley part of the house and are made bright by the southern exposure and by the fact of having five windows. The two rooms are adjacent and divided only by a partition, which would allow you to create with little work a single living area that can measure about 40 square meters.
There are two bedrooms and both can be furnished with a double bedroom.
The bathroom has a window and a bathtub and is equipped with a washing machine connection.
The basement of the house, accessible only from outside the building, consists of a porch that protects the entrance to two cellars with windows and a height of about 3 meters.
The house was built from scratch in 1993, has a security door, double-glazed windows and an independent heating system with radiators powered by a gas boiler. The water, electricity and heating systems date back to the time of construction but are functional.
The house is surrounded by a single plot of agricultural land that measures about 5,300 square meters. The land is spread over large terraces, on which there are currently 30 olive trees in production.
The width of the terraces would allow for the construction of a swimming pool within the property.
The land also features storage tanks and an irrigation water system fed by a spring managed by a consortium.
The property is completed by a tool shed and a brick wood-fired oven.
