The apartment is located in Pieve di Teco, more precisely under the town’s medieval arcades, where all the shops and main activities are concentrated.
It is situated on the fourth floor of a historic building, without an elevator.
The apartment is a four-room unit, with a total surface area of approximately 130 square meters (commercial size).
The entrance opens into a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a balcony. A section of colorful majolica tiling has been added to define the kitchen area—this small detail adds character to the space. The balcony overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, bringing natural light into the living area.
The bathroom, accessible from the living room, is large and bright, equipped with a shower and double sink. An additional room, accessible through the bathroom, could be transformed into a laundry room—this is currently the only part of the apartment that has not yet been renovated.
A connecting room, spacious enough to be used as a study or a small dining room, separates the living area from the sleeping quarters. The sleeping area features two large double bedrooms overlooking the town’s main street. Both rooms have windows and benefit from excellent natural light.
Hot water is provided by a 200-liter boiler, and heating is supplied through electric fan coil units.
