House in the town center with panoramic terrace

The house is located in the historic center of Ormea in a sunny and quiet courtyard 50 meters from the main street and all the shops and services of the town.
The house is independent from ground to sky and has an open air.
On the ground floor of the building there is a large storage room with external access.
The external staircase leads to the upper floors used as a residence.
On the first floor there is a large kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a window and bathtub.
From the living area the internal staircase gives access to the sleeping area on the upper floor. On the second floor there are two communicating bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the courtyard in front.
The internal staircase continues to the attic above which communicates with the spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the mountains and the roofs of Ormea.
The heating is autonomous with a radiator system powered by a diesel boiler.
The house was completely renovated in 1992, apart from the windows.
