The house is located in the historic center of Ormea, accessible from the main Via Roma through a shared courtyard.
The entrance to the house is independent and is located on a shared terrace on the first floor of the building.
Half a flight of private internal stairs leads to the living area, which is on the first floor raised above street level. The room consists of a kitchen and living room divided into two rooms connected by an arched opening. In each of these two rooms there is a chimney with a wood-burning stove installed.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor where the sleeping area of the house is located. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, and both have a balcony. Between the two bedrooms there is the bathroom which has a window and a bathtub.
The internal staircase continues to the third floor of the house where there is an attic of about 29 square meters divided into two rooms, both equipped with an electrical system and one equipped with water and a sink.
The staircase finally leads to the fourth floor of the house, where there is a private terrace, which measures about 19 square meters and from which the view ranges from the roofs of the historic center, to the ruins of the castle, up to the mountains that surround the town.
The house was renovated in the Sixties and therefore needs to be renovated, but the electrical and plumbing systems are working.
