The house is located in the Bavi hamlet of the town of Ormea, which is a small village placed at over 1000 meters above sea level and about 8 kilometers from the capital, where all the main services are located.
The location is easily reached via the provincial asphalt road, but it is not possible to arrive by car in front of the house due to the size of the alleys; it is necessary to park less than 100 meters away at the beginning of the hamlet and walk the last few meters on foot.
The apartment is located inside an independent stone house built in 1902 and consisting of a total of two real estate units. In front of the building there is an open canopy that is an exclusive part of the property for sale, which can be used as a shelter for motorcycles or bicycles.
The accommodation is spread over the ground floor and first floor of the house and is accessible through the shared atrium, which retains the rustic characteristics typical of the time of construction.
The ground floor of the house consists of a room used as a living area in which there are a kitchenette, a dining table and a space for a small sofa. The kitchen is characterized by the original wooden floor and is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with window and shower and a closet.
The rooms are not internally connected to each other and to access them it is always necessary to exit onto the common landing. The same thing is necessary to access the sleeping area which is located on the first floor.
There are two bedrooms, the smaller one is furnished with a single bedroom and has a ceramic floor, while the second bedroom is double and has a built-in wardrobe and wooden floor. The main bedroom is also equipped with a French window that allows you to exit onto the private balcony. The view is open to the surrounding mountains.
In the basement of the house and accessible from the covered common entrance hall there is the relevant cellar, which is a rough environment divided into two rooms.
From the basement a door located in front of the cellars serves as a second entrance to the building and allows access to the external shared courtyard, on the border of which there is a room used as a woodshed or tool shed.
The accommodation was renovated in 1980 and maintains the conditions of the time.
The property is completed by private agricultural land plots located a few meters from the house and measuring a total of over 6,000 square meters.
