Apartment in the historic center with storage room

The house is located in the historic center of Ormea and is a few steps from all the shops and services of Via Roma.

On the ground floor you enter directly into the garage where there is space for a car, for a little storage room and there is also a small bathroom.

At the bottom, the internal stairs start to go up to the fourth floor where the living area to be renovated is developed.

The first room you enter can be used as a kitchen. It is spacious, bright and served by a balcony overlooking the street and the roofs of the town.
