Apartment in the historic center with storage room

The house is located in the historic center of Ormea and is a few steps from all the shops and services of Via Roma.

On the ground floor you enter directly into the garage where there is space for a car, for a little storage room and there is also a small bathroom.

At the bottom, the internal stairs start to go up to the fourth floor where the living area to be renovated is developed.
