Small hut with a view of the Ligurian Alps

The house is located in the San Bernardo di Mendatica area, a mountain village located at 1,250 meters above sea level, which is about 42 kilometers and about 55 minutes' drive from Imperia and the Ligurian coast. The property is easily accessible throughout the year via the state and provincial asphalt road.
The small hut is independent on four sides surrounded by a garden and is arranged on two floors.
The ground floor of the house is used as a living area. The living room measures about 20 square meters and has parquet flooring and a wood-burning fireplace. Next to it there is a kitchenette and dining room, which are directly connected to each other.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor of the building and is not directly connected to the sleeping area. To access it you need to leave the house and go up an external uncovered staircase.
There are three bedrooms, one of which has a ceiling with exposed wooden beams, while all can be furnished with a double bedroom with a bridge or two single beds. The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and is equipped with a window and shower. Finally, there is a storage room, equipped with water connections and drains to possibly create a service bathroom.
The house is sold furnished.
The hut is surrounded on four sides by approximately 340 square meters of private garden.
