The house is located at an altitude of about 1,400 meters in the mountain hamlet of the municipality of Mendatica (IM) called Valcona Soprana, which is located between the mountains, in the heart of the Ligurian Alps. In particular, the house is located in a small isolated hamlet consisting of only three buildings.
The location can be reached all year round via the asphalt road, but the last 3-400 meters of the path are dirt roads and, even if passable by car, are not cleared of snow. In the small hamlet there is a common area where it is possible to park the car.
The house is independent on four sides and develops on two levels.
The living area is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a
living room that measures about 40 square meters with an open kitchen. The room is equipped with a large wood-burning fireplace built in stone and characterized by the ceiling in wooden beams left exposed. The kitchenette is equipped with a small wooden island and has a marble sink.
The internal wood staircase leads to the basement where the sleeping area is located. The bedroom, which has parquet flooring and wood-covered walls and ceiling, is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as two bedside tables and a two-door wardrobe. The bathroom has a small window and a shower. Between the bathroom and the bedroom there is a hallway, in which a pellet stove is installed that heats every room in the house through the internal ventilation system. The house is sold furnished.
In front of the entrance to the building there are approximately 100 square meters of private appurtenant land on which two stone-paved terraces have been created, which occupy most of the surface.
The house was completely renovated in the mid-nineties and has wooden windows with double glazing, exposed stone walls and a slate roof covering.
On the border of the property there is a natural water source for public use.
