The house is located in the municipality of Mendatica, which is a town surrounded by pastures and woods and is located at 780 meters above sea level at the foot of the Ligurian Alps. At the same time, the Ligurian coast and the beaches are about 40 km away.
The property is located in the historic center of the town between paved streets and typical stone houses.
The house, directly accessible from the internal driveway of the town, has two free sides and is independent from the foundations to the roof, with the exception of the three square meters of the entrance corridor on the ground floor which is shared with the house next door.
The living area is on the ground floor of the house. The living room is characterized by wooden ceilings with exposed beams and a wood-burning fireplace built in stone. Its size allows part of it to be used as a dining room. The kitchenette communicates directly with the living room and has a window.
The internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the sleeping area of the house is located. There are two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a four-door wardrobe, while the main bedroom is large enough to be furnished with a double bed and a study corner. This bedroom also has a French window that allows access to the balcony. The bedrooms are finished with wood-panelled floors and ceilings. Finally, on the first floor there is the main bathroom which is equipped with a window, shower and connection for the washing machine.
The house is heated with an independent heating system with radiators powered by the wood-burning stove installed in the kitchenette.
In the basement of the house and with external access there is a room measuring approximately 30 square meters, which is used as a tavern and is equipped with a brick wood-burning oven, equipped kitchenette and service bathroom.
The house is sold fully furnished, it was renovated in the 1980s but has always been carefully maintained and, if desired, is ready to be lived.
