The property is located in the municipality of Cosio d'Arroscia, which is a typical ancient village with stone houses in the Ligurian hinterland. The village, located at about 720 meters above sea level, is located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps and at the same time is less than 40 kilometers from the beaches of Imperia.
This is an apartment located on the second and last floor of an ancient village house consisting of three residential units.
The entrance hall of the accommodation divides the living area from the sleeping area.
The kitchen is a narrow and long room measuring about 17 square meters furnished with a wall unit for cooking and a dining table, which is made bright by two windows positioned on the two free sides of the room. In the kitchen there is also a brick wood-burning oven built into the wall, but to use it the chimney must be redone.
There are three additional bedrooms and they are connected to each other. Currently the smallest room is used as a living room, while the other rooms are furnished with a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
The bathroom has a window and a bathtub.
Finally, there is a windowed room used as a storage room.
The apartment is equipped with a heating system with radiators powered by the thermo-cooker, which however cannot be guaranteed to work properly and needs to be serviced.
The last renovation of the accommodation dates back to the 1960s and, although in good maintenance conditions, the systems and materials of the house date back to that period.
Sold furnished.
