The apartment is located in a small building in the locality of San Bernardo di Conio, in the municipality of Borgomaro. The village is located on a ridge located at almost 1,000 meters above sea level which is about thirty kilometers from both the city of Imperia and the beaches of Arma di Taggia. The altitude and the often windy position make the location cool even in summer.
The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of the building and there are only a couple of steps to overcome to access it. The entrance hallway serves to divide the different rooms of the apartment. The living room measures about twenty square meters and inside there is a working wood-burning fireplace. The room is made bright by two windows and a French window facing south-east and also has an outlet on the balcony which extends across the entire width of the accommodation. On days without fog, the sea can be seen from the balcony.
The kitchen contains the cooking area and a large dining table and is equipped with a French window that allows access to a second balcony of about three square meters.
The bedroom has a size that allows it to be furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, in addition to the relative wardrobes. The bedroom also has access to the same balcony as the living room.
The bathroom has a window, bathtub and connection for the washing machine.
The accommodation is sold furnished.
The house was built in 1972 and the apartment retains the materials and finishes of the time, even if it has always been properly maintained and is currently used and livable.
The property is completed by a cellar with external access located in the basement of the building.
