The apartment is located in a small building in the locality of San Bernardo di Conio, in the municipality of Borgomaro. The village is located on a ridge located at almost 1,000 meters above sea level which is about thirty kilometers from both the city of Imperia and the beaches of Arma di Taggia. The altitude and the often windy position make the location cool even in summer.
The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of the building and there are only a couple of steps to overcome to access it. The entrance hallway serves to divide the different rooms of the apartment. The living room measures about twenty square meters and inside there is a working wood-burning fireplace.
