House with terrace and vegetable garden

The house is located in Alto, a town located in Val Pennavaire, a mountain area in the hinterland of Albenga which is about 20 minutes away by car.

This is a portion of the house with a double entrance.
The renovated apartment is located on the second floor and the entrance is directly into the eat-in kitchen which leads to the large living room with covered terrace.

There are two bedrooms, both spacious and overlooking the Arroscia Valley.

From the hallway you can access the storage room, the dressing room with gas boiler for hot water, the bathroom with tub and window and a door that allows you to go down to the first floor and the ground floor and reach the second part of the property to be renovated .
The latter is made up of two rooms, a cellar and a large warehouse that can be transformed into a garage or tavern.

The complete renovation was carried out in 2007.

In the living room there are two flues which allow you to install two stoves, a methane heating system has also been created, you just need to install the boiler on the terrace and the radiators.

The property is completed by a vegetable garden of approximately 300 m2. located a few meters from the house.
