The beaches of Imperia and Albenga are approximately 35 km away.
The apartment is on two levels, occupying the ground and first floors of a two-family house.
A small shared courtyard, available for use, is located in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is separate from the other houses. The front door leads into the living room, which is embellished and characterized by a wood-burning brick fireplace. Finally, on the ground floor are a kitchenette with a window, adjacent to and directly connected to the living room, and the bathroom, which has a window and is equipped with a shower and washing machine connection.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedroom is located. The latter is furnished with a double bed and a four-door wardrobe and features a unique alcove with a small utility sink.
The apartment has independent heating with radiators, currently connected to an LPG boiler, which, however, needs replacing.
The apartment was completely renovated in 1993 and has double-glazed windows, but has been unoccupied for five years.
