In the inland area of Liguria, in the Arroscia Valley and precisely in Rezzo, we offer an independent village house in habitable condition, featuring a garden and a balcony with an open view of the valley.
The village provides essential services such as a post office, two bars, a small grocery shop, and a farmhouse restaurant. The coastal towns of Albenga and Imperia are approximately 35 kilometres away.
The property is arranged over two floors connected by a masonry staircase, plus a non-habitable attic.
The entrance leads through a small veranda that serves as a transition area before accessing the house. From here, a second door opens onto the stairwell, which acts as a hallway connecting the kitchen and the staircase to the upper floor.
The kitchen is sized to accommodate a dining table and a living area. A French door provides natural light and ventilation.
The upper floor hosts the sleeping area, consisting of a windowless bathroom equipped with a bathtub and two double bedrooms, both with access to the balcony overlooking the valley.
From the bathroom, a door leads to the non-habitable attic, divided into two storage rooms. This level also provides access to a small garden of approximately 20 m².
The house was renovated in the 1970s; the finishes and systems are functional but date back to that period. A gas boiler for domestic hot water is installed in the attic, and the property has no heating system.
The property also includes a cellar of approximately 20 m² at street level and materials already purchased for the bathroom renovation.
