Ancient building in need of renovation

In the Ligurian hinterland, in the Arroscia Valley and specifically in Rezzo, we offer a four-level rustic building in need of complete renovation.

The village provides essential services such as a post office, two bars, a small grocery shop, and a farmhouse restaurant. The coastal towns of Albenga and Imperia are approximately 35 kilometers away.

The property is located in the upper part of the village and offers an open view over the valley. It can be reached on foot via about 300 meters uphill through the village streets, or by car along a secondary road, with parking available about 10 meters from the building.

The property requires full renovation work.
