The house is located in the small borough of Ottano, in the municipality of Pornassio, which is nestled in a hilly position deep inland from Imperia. The village is made up of a typical cluster of stone houses, and the home we offer is located within this context.
The house is detached from ground to roof and has two free sides, one facing east and one facing south.
The entrance to the house is separate and leads directly into the living area. The living room and kitchenette are separated only by a low half-height wall and feature a ceiling finished with exposed wooden beams. The room is bright due to a south-facing window and French window. The stone and wrought-iron balcony enjoys panoramic views of the mountains and the village rooftops.
An internal brick staircase with terracotta treads leads to the first and top floor of the house, where there is an attic bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe moreover a small bathroom with a window and shower.
The living room also features a second brick staircase leading to the basement level. Here, there are two additional rooms with an entrance door and a glass window overlooking the village square, which can be used as alternative entrances. The two rooms are tiled and have electrical wiring, so they can be used as a workroom, utility room, or study. Finally, the basement level includes a bathroom with a window and shower.
The house is heated by a pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators in every room.
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is being sold furnished.
