Town house with double terrace and mountain views

In the historic centre of Pieve di Teco, one of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages, we offer a town house free on all levels from ground to roof, arranged over four floors with access from the main street. Public parking is approximately 50 metres away.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall and a cellar-storage room. On the first floor a eat-in kitchen, large enough to include a sitting area, and the main bathroom with window and shower enclosure.

On the second floor two double bedrooms separated by a landing: one with a balcony, the other with an en-suite bathroom and space for a walk-in wardrobe.

On the third floor a attic room with dual aspect and two French doors opening onto both terraces, from which there are pleasant views over the rooftops of the village and the surrounding mountains.

Windows have recently been replaced with double glazing. Heating is via radiators powered by an oil-fired boiler; a wood-burning stove is installed in the kitchen. The property is in good liveable condition and requires no renovation work.
